  What do I need when contacting you?

Always include your Cars Rentals Request Number.


  What does it cost to use

There is no cost to use Cars Rentals We are paid a commission by the hotels, car rental agencies, and airlines.


  Are car accessories available?

Many rental agencies do offer car accessories such as child seats, ski racks, tape players, etc.


  What model/make of car do I have reserved?

This depends upon availability at the time of arrival. We cannot guarantee car model or make. The rental agency will do its best to make sure the car type you selected (econmy, luxury, etc.) is ready for you when you arrive.


  Can I modify/change and existing reservation?

Yes you can, however, some modifications may cause rate changes. Car rates can change daily, even hourly, so any changes you make to your reservation after it is confirmed will affect the rate at which it is reserved.


  Are taxes and insurance included in the quoted rate?

No, taxes and insurance are not included.


  Is there a shuttle service to my rental car?

Many rental agencies do offer shuttle service. You will need to ask about this at the pick-up desk.
